To travel to St Thomas, you need:
1. Proof of a negative COVID test within 5 days of your arrival.
2. You must fill out and sign the COVID 19 Screening Form.
3. You don't need a form or test to return to the USA
You fill out the form online and attach your "Proof of Negative COVID test" so make sure you have this in an electronic form. The form is at https://usvitravelportal.com/
Big Warning on filing out this online form. Where you come to the field asking for your birthday, there will be a calendar
set to something like 3/14/2016. It will take you all day to figure out how to select the correct year of your birthday.
Here is what you do. Click the "Year" that is displayed. I menu will appear showing 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019. Next to those number is an almost invisible scroll bar. You can scroll back to your birth year.
After you finish the form, you will get a "Confirmation Code" something like
We recommend that you also print out this page and have it with you when you disembark along with your negative text results.
When you land, you will get off the plane by stairs and walk outside and across to a checkpoint. If you have these forms will you, you'll be directed to the "Green" line where a National Guard will check your forms and you can enter the terminal. Otherwise you will be directed to the “Red line”. Not sure what happens there, but we'll find out. You are done!
There is no forms or test required to return to the Mainland.
